This is a quick workout video that you can do outside or at home. NO GYM equipment needed ! AMAZING!

Here’s the description of the workout:
Start with 4-5 rounds total. Do 45 seconds each exercise with a break of 30 seconds between each exercises and between each sets.

A) Sidde shuffles – 45 seconds
B) Knee drive w/switch – 45 seconds
C) (5) Bear crawls + reverse high knees
D) (10) Suicide – short steps
E) Plank- 45 to 60 seconds
Once you finished each exercise you go back to A for a second round !
